If it does not get a reaction on the first run, send it back. You have 30 days from delivery, no questions asked.

How to return something

Email us with the address you ordered to and tell us which mask you are returning. We send you the return address and, once it arrives back with us, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Condition

Masks must come back unworn and in a resellable state. Trying it on indoors is fine. A full day on the mountain is not.

Exchanges

Prefer a different face? Tell us which one and we ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back. Exchanges are free.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo and we ship a replacement immediately. You do not need to return the faulty one.

Mystery Mask

The Mystery Mask is covered by the same 30-day policy. If you get a face you hate, we swap it free.

Email us and we reply within one business day. If it is about an order, just send the email you ordered with — no order number needed.
