Shipping

Every order is packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. The moment it leaves, you get an email with your tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Rush shipping is available at checkout if you need it for a specific trip.

Why tracking looks quiet at first

For the first 3–5 days after dispatch, tracking often shows little or nothing. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. Your parcel is moving, but it only scans at a handful of points early in the journey. Updates become frequent once it reaches your country.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

Wrong address?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it before it ships. After dispatch we cannot reroute a parcel.

Email us and we reply within one business day. If it is about an order, just send the email you ordered with — no order number needed.
